3 Bar Fire is a most discerning music portal presided over by the mysteriously titled Chief and Wordmaster. Its team of sharp worded music geeks are responsible for reporting daily news, reviews, features and media from around the web, inside their heads and outside the mainstream. Young but pulling no punches, 3 Bar Fire has been delivering heavy hitting music critique since summer 2007.

3 Bar Fire also throw parties and release music.

Columists:

Tom (Ruffhousing) - Ruffhousing
Ruffhousing is an institution amongst blog bretheren. Hard hitting music journalism combined with an irreverant world outlook is in the blood of young Thomas.
The Last Skeptik (Under The Patio) - The Last Skeptik
Skeptik is one of those dudes that makes your grind look weak, he's a DJ, producer, radio presenter, journalist and badger activist. We let him vent his spleen every few weeks on what he's been feeling... then we put him back in his cage.
Mark Gurney (Dubstep)- Markleman
Officially "The Nicest Man In Dubstep", Mark is so in tune with eveything that's heavy that his body mass has reached that of a small planet. Now that's HEAVY.
Dom Servini (Jazz and Other Four Letter Words) - Wah Wah 45s
Half Italian, half cockney, jazz music maniac, also partial to a bit of so called over-produced blue-eyed soul. Very bad on the piano, better at djing, we let him talk jazz, funk and fusion.
Tony 'Slutty Fringe' Poland (Buff Hype Oh My Gosh!) - Slutty Fringe
Responsible for the Slutty Fringe blog, tonypoland spends his time hyping the latest wonky house music and daydreaming about George Pringle. Can be seen around London clubs drunkenly trying to figure out the loop function on CDJs. Available for hire at Art School graduation parties and Gallery openings.
Matt Ashton (Left A Bit) - The Leaf Library
Talk to Matt long enough and he'll name drop Saloon. He was guitarist in Reading's 3rd most famous indie band and controversial winners of the 2002 John Peel Festive Fifty. If those indie credentials aren't hype enough for you check his new band The Leaf Library. He likes Bruce Springsteen and Lali Puna in equal amounts.
Buddy Peace (The Buddy System) - Buddy Peace
Buddy has been repping hip hop for a long time. Hailing from Kingston he's constantly on point with releases on 2600 Recordings and he's also been enrolled in the past to whip up mixes for labels like Warp and LEX.
